A ten-year-old registration still names a former company
Trace the corporate change and ownership documents before renewal, compare the official record with the current operating structure, and determine what recordal or supporting work is required. Do not hide an ownership inconsistency inside a routine renewal instruction.
A practical renewal file
Certificate or registration number, current owner and address, corporate-change and assignment documents, classes in use, evidence location, expiry date, reminder history and related Malaysia or overseas registrations.
